These terms cover your use of the Imposter Who app and this website, both made by 407 Studio. By downloading or playing you agree to them.

The game

Imposter Who is a local party game played on one phone. It is provided as is, for entertainment. We work to keep it stable and fun, and we may add, change or retire decks, features and content between versions.

Purchases

Most decks are part of a paid upgrade, offered either as a subscription or as a single lifetime payment. Purchases are handled by Apple’s App Store or Google Play under their terms. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and is managed in your store account settings; the lifetime option is one payment and never renews. Prices are shown in the app, in your own currency, before you buy.

Fair use

Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content, and do not attempt to break, reverse engineer or misuse it. The name, artwork and word decks belong to 407 Studio.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, 407 Studio is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
